Today's been wierd.

But on the nice part, today was the college fundraiser lunch for next year's spring break trip. Linda made barbecue sandwiches and pasta salad. Linda's cooking is always delicious. It was fun to help out with that. This has been my third or fourth one, I don't really remember. I made a cake.

I also met a boy today. Unfortunately he really lives in Nebraska and is only here till Thursday visiting relatives. Isn't that just my luck. It was so awesome though because I said something about Sanctus and DOF (Jay just told me that I can be in charge of the music on Sunday mornings when they're not playing anything else, isn't that so great!!), and he said those were awesome bands, so we spent on and off all morning talking about different bands. And about POTC2. It was odd though. Like, at one point during the lunch set-up, Brandon (ex-boyfriend) was like, "how well do you know him?" cause he could tell I guess that I really thought Josh was cool. He was like "I can still read you better than both of us would like to admit" and "You light up every time he's around". I really didn't realize I was that easy to read. But yeah, Josh is leaving Thursday, so that sucks cause I really would have liked to get to know him better. In my one moment of bravery (stupidity?) I asked him if he wanted to see POTC again before he left, but he said he's already got plans to see it again when he gets home. So that was kinda depressing, but still. He really liked the cake I baked (hey, he ate two pieces and took a third with him heehee) so he gets more cool points for that.

I'm going into work shortly cause they've asked me to come in today, and I could use the hours. I've been so busy lately. Busy busy busy. Tomorrow Shelly and Kelly are coming over to go swimming, and I think I'm having dinner with the planetarium people. Tueday after work I think I'm going to a Riverbats game with Christina and her posse.
